Cyclerides.com Weekly Update
11/21/12

Greetings Riders,

Well, as most of you know by now, the last Cyclerides.com Westgate Bike Night presented by Arrowhead Harley-Davidson and Ridenow Powersports was last Thursday night. That night wrapped up the 24th bike night for 2012 and the 10th night for the Fall season. I would like to thank everyone who attended for making this the biggest bike night in the Southwest and to the sponsors and vendors for their support who help make it happen. I have heard that you enjoyed the high quality bands that we had every week and will strive to keep up the quality of entertainment at the event. We will start up again in March of 2013. Since we share this venue with the Phoenix Coyotes, exact dates will be determined by what happens with the NHL lockout. If it works out, I plan to start it a little earlier in March next season. Thanks Again, I appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you every Thursday night. Click Here for pictures from the last couple of nights.

With Bike Night ending, that means that the Cyclerides.com Toys To Kids event is right around the corner and it is evolving by the day right now. As I announced last week, we have added special guests Tim and Willy this year to open the show with a performance and they are even going to “Write a song about it”. We are all looking forward to that. We will still be at Westgate, but I have moved the exact location of the Toy Event to the water plaza area between the Yardhouse and the Theater, where Westgate has just put up a giant Christmas tree. This will be much better ambiance and more comfortable for the 120 underprivileged kids from the Children First Academy in downtown Phoenix who will have brand new fake grass to sit on and a great viewing experience for the riders who will be bringing gifts and attending the show. Click Here for pictures of the area.

We are also setting up a giant stage for our world class entertainer/juggler/magician Craig Davis to perform on. Craig is an outstanding Vegas style performer that you will not want to miss. He will also be there early to perform tricks throughout the crowd. And last but not least, Westgate has installed snow machines that will be turned on at the completion of the show. The kids will really get a kick out of this. I was at the tree lighting at Westgate last night with 2000 other people and watched as the crowd really enjoyed it. Bring the whole family to enjoy this event on Saturday, December 1st to make sure that we have enough toys for these kids so that they can each pick any 3 toys out of the stack to take home with them and to share one with a sibling or friend. A $9.99 breakfast at Saddle Ranch starts at 9AM for those early birds with the kids arriving at 10 AM and the show starting at 10:45 AM. All we ask is that you bring at least one toy per person for ages 6-12 years old. See details below.

Look forward to seeing you at the 10th Cyclerides.com Toys to Kids Event!

Mrs. C. and I are Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving.
